This place is located in the food court inside the Commons mall. We usually get it to go, but sometimes we eat there. There's plenty of seating since the mall isn't very busy. The staff is always nice and friendly. My husband and I have been going to this gyro house since 1996, and we still go here to satisfy our gyro cravings. The gyros have been consistently delicious over the years. My husband and I each order a gyro, one with a salad and the other with fries. This time, it looks like they changed the fries. They're still okay, but I prefer the old ones.
I'm in Washington for work and wanted a gyro that's as good as back home Chicago. Google maps gave me Gyro House as the better option from reviews, they were not wrong. The ingredients are all super fresh, and my gyro was huge and delicious. I talked with the owner Zied, who has been there since 1993. A very friendly soul and great sense of humor! I highly recommend Gyro House and I'll be back again soon Mike Korzo
I've had a couple of different items from here. The food is just as consistent as the establishment lol. I think this place has been here since I was in like...middle school and it's close to my 20 year reunion...fyi lol The rice-good!! Flavorful and delicious Greek salad (my favs)- the dressing...it's the dressing for me. Some type of olive dressing and it's so good. They should sale it by the bottle. Falafel- these are the BEST falafels. PERIOD!!. They are crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, very well seasoned, well portioned, they're just everything. I suggest everyone go here ONCE! At least once. Then I guarantee you'll go back.

We've been coming here for years. Fast, friendly, healthy, no non-sense medi food. We used to go to the one in the Landing before they closed down. I like the fact that I can go to Target then stop by here for a quick bite. The gyro meat is flavorful. I had to get a side of rice. The 2 little kids fought over the rice. Next time, I'll order 2 orders of it. The lamb kebab was undercooked though. Popped it in the microwave.
Delicious gyros. Amazing fries. Fast friendly service. The tzatziki is heavy on the mint for my taste so I would suggest getting it on the side.
